Delivery Period

If the requested product is in stock we dispatch it within 48 hours. You can expect your shipment one day after dispatching earliest. You can check if the product is in stock by clicking the details link of the respective product. However, the e-shop does not allow you to buy a product that is not in stock.

Cancelling An Order

Although all orders are binding you can always cancel your order within the next 2 hours after you sent it. We dispatch shipments as soon as possible so if you changed your mind – let us know quickly.

Shipping Price

We send the shipments via Česká pošta (Czech Post), the postage is CZK 300.

Payment Methods

PayPal / Credit Cards

This type of payment is highly recommended to our foreign customers who do not reside in the Czech Republic. After placing an order you will be redirected to the secured website of the PayPal payment system. You will be asked for your credit card data or you can login to your PayPal account. This way we will not know any of your credit card data, we will be only notified by PayPal in case of a successful payment. There are no extra charges for this type of payment.

Bank Transfer Payment

In case of advance payment send the money to our Komerční banka account No. 35-9699920257/0100. Use order number as a variable symbol. You will receive this information again after placing your order. IBAN: CZ1701000000359699920257, SWIFT (BIC): KOMBCZPPXXX.

Return Of The Goods

According to the Czech Law No. 367/2000 Coll., the customer has the right to return the received product within 2 weeks. The product must be unused and undamaged. Send it to our shipping address (no cash on delivery) together with accompanying refund request. The money will be refunded upon customer's request either by bank transfer payment or by postal money-order. The refund does not include the postage.

Complaints and Claims

Contact us in case of any complaint and after an agreement send us the reclaimed product to our shipping address. Although the Czech law gives us 30 days to deal with complaints, we try to sort them out as soon as possible. If the kit contains a defective compact ("short shot") or is missing a piece, let us know and we will send you the right one.

Privacy Policy

Your personal data are safe with us. We will use them only for shipment purposes and we will never hand them over to any third parties.
